Ben has been training and teaching capoeira for over 30 years. He was the United States National Champion in 2001 and has competed and taught internationally. In addition to his experience, Ben also holds a Capoeira Instructor certificate from the Wingate Sports Insitute. Ben also taught as part of the Capoeira Instructor certification course.
Besides being a successful Capoeirista he owns a software development company and specializes in leading software development teams to success.
